Anthony Small
D. Anthony Small is the Founder and Director of Pandect Jamaica and brings over 30 years of experience in investigations, security operations, risk management, and technology driven security solutions. A Jamaican military veteran, he has dedicated much of his career to protecting critical assets, advising organizations on security strategy, and implementing practical, field-tested security programs.

Aiden Small
Dorian Small supports the operational and technology initiatives at Pandect Jamaica, with a focus on integrating modern security technologies and unmanned aerial systems into the company’s consulting services. With a strong interest in both physical and digital security environments, he contributes to field operations, surveillance support, and technical coordination across projects.
